Foodborne Pathogenic Micro-organism Detection
Detection of pathogenic organisms in the routine monitoring of contaminants in food
The detection of pathogenic organisms plays an important role in the routine monitoring of contaminants in food. CapitalBio Foodborne Pathogenic Organism Detection Array Kit provides a high throughput method for the analysis of pathogenic microbes in food and water samples. Based on a combination of microarray techniques, PCR and bioinformatics, twelve pathogens including: Staphylococcus, Vibrio cholerae, E. coli O157:H7, Listeria Spp. Listeria, Monocytogenes, Salmonella, ß -Hemolytic streptococcus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Campylobacter jejuni, Campylobacter, Enterobacter sakazakii and Shigella can be rapidly and simultaneously detected with high accuracy and sensitivity.

Operation Procedure

Key Features
★ High throughput: up to 12 different pathogenic bacteria can be detected simultaneously; isolation of individual bacteria is not required; especially suitable for screening large numbers of samples
★ High sensitivity: as low as 1 CFU/25 g sample can be detected
★ Time-saving: only 18 hours needed to get the result, including sample preparation
