Based on a combination of microarray techniques, PCR and bioinformatics, nine pathogens including: Staphylococcus, Vibrio cholerae, E. coli O157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella spp., ß -Hemolytic streptococcus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Campylobacter jejuni, and Enterobacter sakazakii can be rapidly and simultaneously detected with high accuracy and sensitivity.
