
CalSlide I/II Nano-Fluorescence calibration slides are novel fluorescence calibration tools based on CapitalBio′s proprietary Nanobrite™ technology. It is specifically designed for the daily calibration and maintenance of fluorescence microarray scanners and other fluorescence measuring instruments.
Patterned spots of the NanobriteTM nanoparticles are arranged on the surface of a standard microscope slide, which can be detected similarly to Cy3 and Cy5 dyes. The unique anti-photobleaching feature of NanobriteTM guarantees the stability of fluorescent emission intensity of the calibration spots. It is an indispensable tool for quantitative microarray analysis and other fluorescence measurements.
