Jun. 15, 2004, the Shareholders’ Meeting of 2003 of CapitalBio Corporation was held .The corporate annual work report of 2003 and the annual work plan for 2004 were discussed . The second Board Meeting and Supervising meeting were elected. The following people: Yonglin Rong, Nanming Zhao, Jing Cheng, Zhiyong Ge, Wei He, Juan Li, Shuiyang Liu, Weizhi Liu, Hao Wang, Beigui Chen and Rong Qi were elected as the board directors. Mr. Yonglin Rong was elected as Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Zhiyong Ge was elected as the Vice Chairman. Ms. Sunhong Tu and Mr. Kun Liu were elected as the Supervisors, and Ms. Sunhong Tu was elected as the Person in charge of Summoning Supervising meetings.
