China, and Alpha Innotech Corporation, a globally recognized provider of innovative solutions for life science and drug discovery research announced today a supply and co-marketing agreement for a microarray laser scanner developed by CapitalBio for genomics and proteomics research applications. Under the agreement, Alpha Innotech will co-market CapitalBio´s laser-based microarray scanner, under the new trade name of AlphaScan™, and have exclusive marketing rights for AlphaScan™ in worldwide markets except for China, Japan ,Korea and Australia.
